Injection Molding Machine 
The working principle of an injection molding machine for making oil pull caps is to convert plastic particles into a molten state that can be injected into the mold through the process of heating and melting. Firstly, the operator places plastic particles of appropriate size into the feeding port of the injection molding machine. Then, the injection molding machine heats the plastic particles to a certain temperature through a heater, melting them into flowable molten plastic
 
One of the advantages of using injection molding machines to make oil pull caps is that various types of plastic materials can be used, such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and polystyrene (PS). This makes the produced oil pull caps have different characteristics, such as high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, etc., to adapt to various application needs.
