The machine operates with three essential stations: injection perform, blowing/stretching, and product release. Initially, raw material is transported from the hopper to the injection screw, where it is molded into preforms. These preforms are then rotated to the blow/stretch station, where they are expanded using their own heat, thus eliminating the need for extra reheating. The final products are subsequently rotated to the release station and automatically dropped. This system boasts a fully automated rotational cycle, removing the necessity for pre-bought preforms, reducing waste, and achieving a high degree of automation with smooth, attractive end products.
